When you submit an event, correction, or report, we collect the details you enter, including event information, descriptions, and any contact details you choose to provide.

When you visit the site, our hosting and database providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and timestamps. We use this information for security, rate limiting, and diagnosing failures.

Admin sign-in uses an essential session cookie. The public directory does not require an account.

We use submission details to review and publish listings, investigate corrections, and keep an editorial audit record.

We use technical information to keep the service available, prevent abuse, and understand operational errors. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

We share data with service providers that host the application and database, and with backup storage used to protect the service. Those providers process data on our behalf.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the service, its users, or the public.

Submission and audit records are retained while needed for editorial review, dispute resolution, and the public event record.

Abuse-prevention rate-limit rows are pruned after 48 hours. Encrypted backups are retained for 90 days by default.

An admin session cookie is required to use the editorial tools. A theme preference may be stored in your browser so the site remembers your choice.

We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

We use HTTPS, access controls, server-side validation, and encrypted backups. No system is perfectly secure, so avoid submitting information you do not need to share.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date below will be revised when we do.
