Effective 26 October 2026. These terms apply to the public directory and the submission queue.
Using the directory
Event Expo is an independent directory of technical events. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may browse, search, and share public listings for personal and professional use. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or scrape it at a rate that harms availability.
Event information
We check listings against official sources, but organizers can change dates, venues, eligibility, prices, or registration links at any time. A verification date is not a guarantee that a listing is still current.
Always confirm the details on the organizer's official page before paying for a ticket, booking travel, or making another commitment. Event Expo is not the organizer and does not endorse any listed event.
Submissions
When you submit a listing, correction, or report, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are allowed to share it.
You give Event Expo permission to review, edit, publish, and retain the submitted information for the directory and its editorial records. Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, or confidential information.
Third-party links
Listings link to organizer websites and registration pages. Those sites have their own terms, privacy policies, and payment practices. We are not responsible for their content or transactions.
Intellectual property
The Event Expo name, site design, and original editorial content belong to the project. Organizer names, logos, and event details remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, complete coverage, or that every listing will remain accurate.
To the extent permitted by law, Event Expo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the directory or reliance on a listing.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
